Naval Museum of Peru - Callao

The Naval Museum of Peru is located in the city of Callao. It was inaugurated on November 14, 1958 and from 1972 called Captain of Ship Julio Elías Murguía, in honor to its first director. In their rooms are relics of Peruvian naval heroes (such as letters, and even a tibia by Miguel Grau). It also contains an important collection of oils, photographs, jewelry, navigation instruments and weapons of the maritime history of Peru.
